As the India's 60Th Independence day pass by,lot has been said about patriotism and the pride of being in a boundary of people who are not proud of their tradition and culture. Patriotism has come of age in a place where it only exists within the game of cricket, Discussions on TV, or in a make-up story of a politician or a puppet ex-serviceman. You have to be a foreigner or pretend to be a foreigner to adore our culture and tradition.
You can see from earlier years of British captivities that our rulers have shown a psychology of betrayal and discrimination of their own homeland and people for their own progress, which is followed till date by the political leaders.With the rise of Information Technology and Multinational Companies this kiss of betrayal was rediscovered within the minds of White collar Indian manager freaks near the glorified corporate shit house of multinational companies.
The rise of Information Technology has made a great impact in the youngsters in improving their lifestyle and financial status. With the rise of new culture of Information technology, youngsters has an opportunity to earn salaries double or triple than their parents.As we all love to see the progress in our economy and lifestyle, few Indian managers raise some rebels with their attempt to impress their Foreign Boss. Their kiss of betrayal makes an Indian employee work for lower wages, overtime, under pressure, as the Manager earns his extra money from their Boss.These kind of Judas priests from our own country acts like a bureaucracy and exploits the talents in our country to sell for multinational countries. While workers in these foreign countries enjoy a liberal,joyful and entertaining work atmosphere, these Judas managers create a fake corporate and tense atmosphere to sell our nations talent.
The Indian studious people fall easily into cabin of slavery created by some multinational companies. It is very sad to see that our own brothers are betraying our own brothers and sisters. Most of the foreign managements want the works to be done on very cheap rate. But most Indian Managers make this rate cheaper than the cheapest keeping in mind the benefit of exploitation and for impressing managements.Few Information companies only are having a liberal and employment friendly atmosphere.
It's not that one need to exploit Indian Rupees for the sake of Dollar neither exploit Dollar for the sake of Indian rupee. If the Indian managers can provide a good package and pressure less and employment friendly atmosphere with recreation activities, why are they not doing so?
